Trip To Manila- The Story

As the taxi stopped at the airport, I stepped down. I wondered........ How would life be in the Philippines? It was still unknown what would be in store for me. I checked my watch for the time. It was going to be 12:00 p.m. I gave the security my passport and headed for the baggage check department. Soon, I was in the plane, seating with CW. I was so sleepy that I slept as soon as I boarded the plane....................

Four hours later, WM woke me up. I was still sleepy. WM said that I was the one that slept the longest. When we disembarked the plane, it was still dark. I boarded the taxi and soon I fell asleep again..................

Ahhh........ the traffic in Manila is CRAZY!!!!! It was already dawn. The colourful sky gave me strength to stand up. Then, we reached Hyatt Hotel And Casino. The room was nice...............

We put our stuff in the lockers and walked by foot to a shopping mall. We went to the ROBINSONS department store and bought a stroller. I discovered a video game and very soon I was playing it.................... " HEY! '' WM shouted. It was time to leave !!! Then, we headed to PIZZA HUT. I ate 7 slices of pizzas. Also, we went to ROBINSONS SUPERMARKET and bought chips and crackers. We also attended the cocktail hour at Hyatt Hotel. There were many delicious food like ........... OYSTERS! I found a pearl too.

The next morning, I woke up and ate a huge breakfast. After that, I went to Malls of Asia. Inside the mall, WM let me choose T-Shirts to buy. I chose T-Shirts with words like I"M SO COOL!! '' Then , we had lunch at KFC. I had spaghetti.

In the shops, there seemed to be Christmas Decorations everywhere!!! I also checked my mail and actually I can attend the JAMES LEE masterclass.

Back in the hotel, I changed into my swimming trunks and went swimming. When I came back, I ate a Krispy Kreme donut. In my opinion, it was way TOO sweet. After eating, it was time to sleep.

I woke up at 9:00 a.m. I felt very sad because it's my LAST day staying in Hyatt Hotel. Do you know WHY??? It's because I'll be going to Clark, Philippines tomorrow. We then went to another shopping mall and ate at the food court. I had noodles. WM bought satay rice for HW. I had some of the satay. Wow.... I think it was better than Singapore's satay. We went to Toy ' R ' Us and I played the Wii Sport video Game. WM also bought a wafer with........... SWISS chocolate. Yummy! I went back to the hotel and watched the sunset. It was beautiful. Had a nice dinner.

Going To Philippines TONIGHT!!!!

Hooray! Today I'll be taking a 1:00 a.m. flight to Philippines. But I'll have to sleep in the plane. WM told me to have some sleep, so I went to bed at 4:34 p.m. This day is also my NASA Bronze swimming test. Oh, I was so scared. But I managed to pass. Psst........ actually, I accidentally drank the pool's water! ( BLECHHH!!! ) It tasted like......... URINE!!!!


When I finished my test, WM, my brother and I went to KFC for lunch. After that, I went for my Art class. As it was every body's last lesson, the art teacher gave us a packet of CHEESE BALLS! The art teacher also took us to our art exhibition. I had successfully completed Elementary Children's Art Course.


And... oh yeah, I got 3rd in the LOO CAMPAIGN competition. This writing contest is open to all Primary 2 and 3 students in Singapore. But the bad news is, I can't go and take the prize because on that day, I would be already in PHILIPPINES. Thank goodness my form teacher assured me that I would get the prize and certificate. If anybody wants to read my essay, go to the Singapore Zoo. It will be officially launched on 19 November there.......................................
